THE STORY OF DUKE

Hello my name is Duke and I am a Slate Black Persian. I am 8 years old and I was bought from the Shirrin Rescue Centre. I am a member of the Black and White Cat Club and I have just won the Club Mascot for the second year running. I would like to say thank you to all the judges and stewards on the day of the Show. I have won the Mascot Class in 2003 and 2004.

I had lots of cuddles and enjoyed the attention, but but it was tiring. I also won 3 trophies. I have shelves of these which I have won over my years of showing and boxes of rosettes as well.

I live with my human Mum and Dad and 4 other feline friends, we get on very well but do have our ups and downs. I hope I have not bored anyone too much, but I must rest up before I go through the mill all over again for the next show.
